Job summary

Mercury Z is seeking a Network Engineer in the United States for field-based deployments. You will lead enterprise installations and be the technical authority for high-capacity circuits. The ideal candidate has strong Cisco certifications and substantial experience with complex networking.

Your role involves collaboration with clients, advanced troubleshooting, and detailed circuit validation to ensure reliability. Daily travel is expected to various client locations.

Qualifications

• Cisco certification is required; CCNP or CCIE is highly preferred.
• Experience in advanced L2/L3 troubleshooting for complex networks.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN tagging, and SD-WAN architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site enterprise deployments and configure Cisco and Juniper hardware.
• Resolve complex connectivity issues and validate circuits for SLAs.
• Collaborate with the NOC as the primary field liaison.
