This role acts as a trusted marketing advisor, helping practices identify growth opportunities, strengthen patient and provider engagement, and implement marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics. Through in-market engagement, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations, the Senior Field Marketing Manager helps customers achieve measurable business growth and maximize the impact of their marketing investments.

  • Performance Measurement and Success: Monitor results through marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital reporting tools; analyze lead generation, patient inquiries and appointments, patient and customer engagement, website traffic, digital advertising, email performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer satisfaction, and program adoption; provide recommendations for continuous improvement, with success also measured by timely, high-quality execution and strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Budget and Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets for assigned practices and initiatives; coordinate vendors, agencies, printers, and digital partners to ensure high-quality execution; and deliver projects on time and within budget.
More about you:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with practice stakeholders, leadership, and internal teams.
  • Ability to influence practice leadership and internal stakeholders through clear recommendations and strategic guidance, supported by expertise in multi-channel campaign management, digital marketing strategy, analytics and reporting, and budget management.
