Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a Sr Field Marketing Specialist to lead field marketing initiatives for the US Federal sector. You will drive pipeline generation, accelerate sales cycles, and collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across virtual and in-person events, ABM programs, and channel initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years in field marketing, strong ROI analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• 7+ years in field marketing with direct pipeline accountability in tech.
• Experience in US Public Sector and US Federal Public Sector is required.
• Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute field marketing strategy aligned with objectives, goals, and sales targets.
• Lead end-to-end planning and scalable programs that generate predictable pipeline growth.
• Use ROI analysis and pipeline attribution to refine strategy and drive results.
• Deliver measurable pipeline targets across segments and accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to drive campaigns.
• Create joint go-to-market initiatives with key partners.
