Job summary

Google seeks a Field Marketing Manager to shape and execute our NA event strategy, including major tradeshows, digital and in-person conferences, and demand-generation activities. You will partner with Sales, product marketing, and customer engineering to craft compelling content and experiences that reach IT admins and end users.

You will work across cross-functional teams to scale programs, measure ROI, and leverage AI to optimize campaigns and events in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or technology marketing.
• Experience managing events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead our event strategy including major industry tradeshows and scaled digital and in-person conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, product marketing, and customer engineering to create compelling event content.
• Manage calendars of scaled events, webinars, and conferences to drive awareness and demand.
• Oversee event logistics, budget, and agency relationships for ROI optimization.
• Analyze event performance and use data-driven insights to improve strategy.
