Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in construction project management for commercial or residential construction.
• Must relocate to within 45 miles of branch location before starting work.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills in person and electronic communication.
• Ability to travel daily between multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractor teams and Vanir Project Managers.
• Oversee end-to-end construction projects from pre-construction to 100% completion.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Be the primary client contact and report on project progress, profits, delays.
