Job summary

Vanir Installed Sales, LLC seeks a seasoned Field Manager to lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the Carolinas and Georgia, driving projects from start to finish with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

You will supervise field crews, manage schedules, and interact with clients and inspectors, traveling between sites daily while ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Must relocate to within 45 miles of a Vanir branch before starting work (relocation assistance may be provided).
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR for past 3 years required.
• Excellent communication skills in person and via electronic devices.
• Ability to travel between multiple job sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers on assigned projects.
• Oversee end-to-end construction from pre-construction through 100% completion; conduct site walks.
• Perform OSHA inspections and document safety meetings, ensuring forms are completed for every job.
• Coordinate daily operations: scheduling deliveries, maintaining schedules, and travel between sites.
• Act as primary client contact, reporting progress, P&L, delays, and cost overruns while maintaining profitability.
