Job summary

VANIR Installed Sales, LLC seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site commercial and residential projects across the Carolinas and Georgia. You will coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers, uphold safety standards, and maintain schedules and budgets to ensure on-time completion.

The role requires relocation within 45 miles of the branch and a clean MVR, with strong communication and travel to multiple job sites daily.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience in commercial or residential projects.
• Relocation within 45 miles of the branch; relocation assistance may be provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills in person and digitally.
• Ability to travel between multiple job sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the market.
• Oversee construction projects end-to-end from pre-construction to 100% completion.
• Serve as safety coordinator; perform OSHA inspections and ensure safety/quality forms are completed.
• Coordinate daily operations: scheduling deliveries, updating schedules, monitoring project software, site visits.
• Act as primary client contact; report on project progress, P&L, delays, and cost overruns while protecting profitability.
