Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a Field Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily activities of maintenance employees and contractors at a large marine terminal with truck, rail and pipeline connectivity. You will ensure safety and timely completion within budget and align with terminal operations.

Applicant should have 8+ years in field operations or maintenance, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; a valid driver's license is required and OSHA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field maintenance staff.
• Experience in maintenance of tanks, piping, pumping and related equipment.
• Strong safety and regulatory awareness (OSHA knowledge a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees and contractors.
• Inspects work for completeness and site cleanup.
• Counsels, trains, and develops staff.
• Responsible for performance reviews of direct reports.
• Implements safe work habits and enforces policies and procedures.
• Ensures regulatory, safety and budgetary requirements are met.
• Leads safety meetings and communicates policy changes to employees.
• Analyzes problems and finds cost-efficient solutions.
• Supports WBS requirements for maintenance projects.
• Maintains safety, cost reduction and productivity in assignments.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve issues.
