Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with ongoing learning encouraged.
• ARM/ASP/CSP certification preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and training to employers on safety matters.
• Identify hazardous conditions and recommend best practices to reduce risk.
• Conduct safety surveys and assist in risk selection during underwriting.
• Develop and communicate loss control strategies with clients and teams.
• Deliver training and presentations at meetings and client sites.
• Manage a portfolio of policyholders with appropriate service levels.
• Support development of safety materials and participate in industry events.
• Collaborate with claims, underwriting, and marketing to align safety goals.
