Job summary

OWL Services is seeking a Petroleum Construction Lead to head installation, replacement, and modification of underground storage tanks, aboveground tanks, fuel piping systems and related equipment. This is a hands-on field leadership role with travel across project sites.

The ideal candidate will read construction plans, understand elevations and grades, lead field crews safely and efficiently, and ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of field crews in petroleum construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans.
• Strong understanding of elevations, grades, and piping elevations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation of USTs, ASTs, fuel piping, and related equipment.
• Supervise field crews during petroleum construction activities.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and details.
• Understand elevations, grades, slopes, tank elevations, piping grades, and site layouts.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with project managers and contractors.
• Ensure work follows approved plans, specs, and safety requirements.
