Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Field Lead to plan and execute the next phase of our concrete projects. You will collaborate with the Project Lead to create a comprehensive plan and ensure the team is prepared, equipped, and aligned to meet deadlines and quality goals.

This role requires 5+ years of progressive project execution for a large self-perform GC or concrete contractor, with hands-on concrete experience on commercial/industrial sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices with experience on projects over $1 million.
• Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for the field phase of work.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the phase.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure the team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for the phase.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant parties.
