ERM is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Field Lead Archaeologist to shape cultural resource stewardship across the Southwestern states and beyond. The role blends fieldwork with regulatory analysis to inform responsible development and environmental decision-making.

The position emphasizes leadership of field investigations, technical reporting, and collaboration with diverse teams while supporting projects in Arizona and California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field.
• 3+ years (4+ preferred) of professional experience in archaeology.
• Eligibility for field permits (BLM/ARPA/state) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct archaeological surveys, testing, data recovery, and monitoring.
• Prepare technical report sections for cultural resource investigations and environmental documents.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies (SHPO, BLM) and cross-functional teams.
