Job summary

RADISE International, a soil and construction materials testing firm, is seeking an experienced Lab Technician to perform concrete, soils, and aggregate testing in our Riviera Beach lab. You will follow standard procedures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate results.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 5+ years in material testing, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of material testing experience (field or lab).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift samples up to 75+ pounds as needed.
• Pass drug and background screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Obtain samples, complete testing, record results, enter them into the computer, submit reports and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collect samples of concrete, soils, aggregates, and asphalt from work sites.
• Perform laboratory tests on collected samples following procedures.
• Communicate test results to stakeholders and enter data into the system.
• Maintain testing equipment: cleaning, repairs, calibration, setup.
• Follow ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards.
• Participate in lab accreditation and audits.
• Adhere to strict safety standards.
