Job summary

RADISE International, LC in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Lab Technician for Soil and Construction Material Testing Lab. You will obtain samples, perform laboratory tests, record results, and submit reports while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of material testing experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of material testing experience (field or lab).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift samples, at times up to 75+ pounds.
• Must pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Obtain samples, conduct testing, record results, and submit reports; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Obtain concrete, soils, and aggregates samples from worksites for testing.
• Perform laboratory tests according to procedures; document results.
• Communicate/report lab test results and maintain equipment (cleaning, calibration, setup).
• Familiar with ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards; participate in lab accreditation/audits.
• Adhere to strict safety standards.
