Job summary

RADISE International, LC (RADISE) is seeking an experienced Lab Technician for Soil and Construction Material Testing Lab in Riviera Beach. You will obtain samples, perform tests, record results, and prepare reports while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO standards, and participation in lab accreditation audits are expected, with strong safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of material testing experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift samples up to 75+ pounds.
• Able to pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Obtain samples, perform testing, record results, enter data, and submit reports while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect concrete, soils, aggregates, and asphalt samples from work sites.
• Perform laboratory tests on collected samples following procedures.
• Maintain lab testing equipment: cleaning, calibration, setup.
• Adhere to safety standards and assist in audits and accreditation.
