Job summary

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 40% to job sites and regional offices is expected, with safety protocols and PPE adherence a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent field inspections and materials testing for construction projects.
• Interpret and apply building codes and project specifications for compliance.
• Compile detailed inspection reports and findings with minimal oversight.
• Provide technical support to junior inspectors and mentor trainees.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, dispatchers, and clients.
• Maintain certifications and stay updated on regulatory changes.
