Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks Senior Technicians to lead pours and special inspections on structural projects, mentoring junior staff and interfacing with engineers and building officials. You will own the quality of the documentation and ensure compliant records on critical placements.

The role requires 3+ years in CMT or special inspection with relevant certifications and a willingness to travel for defined programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET II+, or ACI field certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.
• Own the testing record and communicate with engineers, officials, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
