Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Inspections Field Operations Sr. Supervisor to lead a team of Electrical System Inspectors in Santa Ana.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity across the region while managing workload, training, and program delivery for drone and AI-enabled inspections. The role requires several years in quality control/inspections, a valid driver's license, and the ability to supervise a geographically dispersed crew across a large service area.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of combined experience performing or supervising quality control and inspections.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
• Foundational knowledge of overhead electric infrastructure construction.
• Proven leadership capability to manage a large, geographically dispersed team.

Responsabilités

• Identify root causes, trends, and process improvements and implement solutions.
• Manage and maintain project records, schedules, and work orders.
• Oversee inspection and installation of conduit, structures, and related components for compliance.
• Lead cross-functional quality projects with data collection and analysis.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to support the quality system.
• Perform contractor field safety assessments.
• Foster a safety-conscious environment by enforcing Edison safety protocols.
