Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Health Benefit Representative (Facilitated Enroller) to educate and assist individuals enrolling in NY State of Health Marketplace coverage, including Medicaid, CHP, EP, QHP, and HARP. Field-based in the Bronx, you will guide applicants through eligibility, credits, and plan options.

You will demonstrate Fidelis digital tools, support renewals, and handle complex cases with empathy while ensuring compliance with ACA and related guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years of prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related fields preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Public speaking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate and assist individuals with enrolling in coverage through the NY State of Health Marketplace (Medicaid, CHP, EP, QHP, HARP).
• Explain eligibility for public programs, credits, and cost-sharing reductions and their impact.
• Teach members about Fidelis digital tools (portal and mobile app).
• Describe plan features, benefits, and cost-sharing mechanisms.
• Assist with submitting documents and renewals; support recertifications.
