You will oversee crews, operate equipment, and ensure safety and on-schedule progress on civil projects, bridging plans with on-site execution. The role requires 5+ years in leadership within civil construction, extensive equipment experience, and the ability to read complex plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in civil construction or asphalt paving.
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil plans and specs.
• Experience operating heavy earthwork equipment and leading crews.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, base installation, and paving operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily earthwork, site development, and asphalt paving operations.
• Direct crews, assign tasks, and monitor quality and production.
• Operate heavy equipment when needed and maintain equipment readiness.
• Interpret plans and guide site preparation using grade-control tech.
• Maintain field logs of production, hours, delays, and conditions.
