Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a Principal Field & Events Marketing Manager to drive North America field marketing programs, events, sponsorships, and campaigns that build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, owning programs from conception to post-event lead nurture and ROI analysis, collaborating with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to optimize conversions and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex North America field programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact field marketing programs across North America, including regional event sponsorships and conferences.
• Own end-to-end production for in-person field events, managing timelines, vendors, contracts, and logistics.
• Lead post-event nurture and ensure leads progress through MQL, SQL, and pipeline stages.
