Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience in consulting engineering or related service.
• Knowledge of Caltrans construction practices preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer construction of projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate utility relocations with agencies.
• Monitor and track contractor progress.
