• Experience preparing Caltrans contract change orders.
• Knowledge of Caltrans standard plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction change orders and supporting documentation.
• Log, review, track, and respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Attend and document project meetings.
