Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 4+ years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years without degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
• 4+ years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering work products from requirements through verification and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and operational constraints into practical solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis, risk identification, and trade studies to support design decisions.
• Lead or support design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges.
• Produce and maintain system engineering artifacts including requirements traceability, risk registers, and verification evidence.
