This position requires 50% travel for on-site technical support and involves responsibilities such as providing engineering guidance, managing sensitive information, and conducting on-site troubleshooting training.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of related experience. Key skills include expertise in AHU, VRF, centrifugal chillers, and GHP air conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related role in the Commercial Air Conditioning field.
• Experience with AHU, VRF, and commissioning service.
• Familiarity with centrifugal chillers and GHP air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage information flow of CAC engineering for escalated service cases.
• Provide guidance as a technical subject matter expert for CAC Field Service.
• Review and manage customer specific installation and service plan documents.
