Job summary

IES is seeking a Field Electric Supervisor to support operational excellence at projects across Texas. You will help maintain safety standards, drive quality, and coordinate with field personnel, customers, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate execution.

This on-site role requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related field supervision experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle checks.
• English reading/writing preferred; Spanish preferred.
• On-site, non-remote work with travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of objectives.
