Job summary

IES is seeking a Field Electric Supervisor in Conroe, TX to lead field operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time project execution while coordinating with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, high attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous field electric supervisor experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting related to responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency efforts.
