Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Senior Field DDC Engineer to lead deployment, commissioning, and optimization of Delta Controls DDC-based building automation systems for mission-critical data centers. You will provide hands-on GCL+ programming, enteliWEB deployment, and system integration while guiding junior engineers.

The role combines technical leadership with field execution, requiring strong troubleshooting and cross-system integration expertise; heavy travel (50–60%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on DDC programming with Delta Controls.
• Expert knowledge of Delta Controls GCL+ programming and enteliWEB.
• Experience commissioning BAS/BMS/EPMS in field environments.
• Advanced knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, and networks.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects without direct supervision.
• Willingness to travel 50–60%.
• OSHA 10 certification within the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, deployment, and commissioning of complex Delta Controls DDC systems for data center BMS/EPMS.
• Program advanced GCL+ logic including HVAC sequences, scheduling, and alarms.
• Configure enteliWEB environments: graphics, navigation, dashboards, roles, connectivity.
• Develop and maintain controller databases, I/O structures, and device bindings.
• Lead integration with PLCs, Ignition SCADA, Kepware, OPC UA, BACnet/IP/MS/TP, Modbus TCP, and third-party systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of communications, data integrity, and hardware issues.
• Validate complete DDC functionality through commissioning and customer acceptance.
