The successful candidate will manage on-site operations, collaborate with engineers and materials teams, and uphold Granite’s safety and quality standards while developing a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 10+ years supervisory or equivalent construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site teams to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with scheduling, engineering and material control.
• Ensure productivity, quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Mentor field staff and develop high-performing teams.
