Job summary

Warfel Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent based in Delaware to oversee all phases of on-site construction, ensuring quality within budget and schedule while enforcing Warfel safety rules. The role requires flexibility for occasional overtime and travel to the jobsite.

Responsibilities include creating lookahead schedules, coordinating with trade subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining detailed daily logs. Strong leadership and safety culture are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years supervisory experience on commercial construction projects.
• Must have construction background and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all phases of construction at the project site to ensure quality, safety, budget and schedule compliance.
• Maintains daily logs and communicates project status to management and clients.
• Develops 3-week lookahead schedules and coordinates with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and conducts weekly toolbox talks.
