Warfel Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction at the Delaware project site, ensuring completion within budget and schedule with top quality. The role enforces Warfel safety rules and site-specific requirements, coordinating with project management and subcontractors.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime. Travel to the jobsite varies; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience on commercial construction projects.
• Must have construction background and training.

Responsabilités

• Reads and interprets project plans and specifications to analyze construction methods and scheduling.
• Promotes a culture of jobsite safety and enforces safety procedures for Warfel employees and subcontractors.
• Maintains Daily Logs and creates 3-week lookahead schedules weekly; communicates with subcontractors and clients.
• Coordinates with Field Ops Director, Foreman, and Project Manager to ensure manpower, equipment, and supplies are onsite timely.
• Supervises subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets drawings, specifications, and Warfel quality standards.
• Reviews shop drawings and field measurements to confirm design requirements before fabrication.
• Procures miscellaneous jobsite materials and coordinates changes with the Project Manager.
