A leading engineering firm is seeking a General Superintendent responsible for overseeing on-site construction and administrative processes. This role manages safety compliance and ensures completion of project discipline tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components. The ideal candidate should have extensive construction management experience and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $215,000.00 to $310,000.00 annually, and full-time travel is required.

Qualifications

• 13 years of construction management experience required for Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years for Associate's degree or 17 years for High School Diploma/GED.
• General understanding of all construction disciplines is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site administrative and construction processes.
• Ensure contractual completion for various project discipline superintendents.
• Lead overall project safety management and compliance.
