A leading electrical contractor in Colorado is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in electrical construction and strong leadership skills, managing teams of 20–50 employees. You will ensure successful project execution, enforce safety standards, and maintain client satisfaction. The role offers competitive compensation between $110,000 and $149,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience in electrical construction with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Experience overseeing projects up to $5M+.
• Certification from an accredited electrical trades school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to multiple Superintendents and field personnel.
• Oversee project execution from pre-construction through closeout.
• Monitor field productivity, manpower utilization, and performance metrics.
