Armstrong Builders LLC in Hawaii is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee all field project activities, lead teams of employees, trade partners, and vendors, and coordinate with safety, supervision, and engineering staff. You will ensure accurate monitoring of schedules, documentation, cost reporting, and timely correspondence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with local permitting, inspections, and building codes.
• Strong experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of field project management, including supervision of employees, trade partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Safety Manager, General Superintendent, Supervisors, Project Engineers and Project Administrators.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules, jobsite documentation, cost reports, billing, and employee time.
