Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent plus twenty years of work-related experience, or 24 years if non-degreed; some locations may differ by local requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/province and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct field construction activities for high-value projects (> $500M) in line with plans, specs, schedules and cost estimates.
• Direct construction staff and supervisors to meet or exceed project objectives.
• Coordinate construction craftsmen and manage contractors/subcontractors as required.
• Ensure OSR/OSIP adherence and compliance with Fluor requirements and safety standards.
• Control schedule and cost through efficient use of resources (labor, materials, tools, equipment).
• Promote safety culture and implement actions to maintain productivity and quality.
