Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Full-Time Construction Inspector to join our PM/CM team on critical infrastructure projects.

You will collect, analyze, and document data from field surveys, plans, and tests to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. This role requires at least seven years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or with a team, with occasional travel as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 7+ years of post-education construction inspection experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Familiar with construction inspection principles and field practices.
• Proficient in documenting inspection results and technical writing.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting and analyzing data from sites and plans for inspections.
• Perform basic inspections using test equipment to verify conformance with standards.
• Test soil density, concrete properties, moisture content, and other construction tests.
• Prepare concise documentation and reports of inspection findings.
• Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project teams on inspection phases.
