Veregy is seeking a Senior Field Commissioning Engineer to lead high-complexity commissioning projects and serve as the commissioning authority on-site, with extensive travel (75%). The role involves coordinating with clients, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and overseeing teams of engineers and sub-consultants.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and controls systems, with a PE license preferred and BCxP/CCP certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of practical experience in building commissioning, and/or construction (mechanical, controls, HVAC, electrical).
• Excellent organization and communication skills; able to lead customer meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site commissioning activities and act as commissioning authority for complex projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across projects.
• Coordinate client meetings and deliver progress reports to management.
• Train and supervise other engineers and sub-consultants on commissioning processes.
• Prepare deliverables and perform QC on final reports and documentation.
