Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Senior Clinical Coordinator to educate patients, caregivers, and clinical staff about therapies and access processes. You will work within BioMarin Commercial to support patient initiation and adherence across geography.

You will collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and Advocacy teams, traveling to patient homes, infusion sites, and clinics as needed. Strong communication and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience as a patient educator.
• Bachelor-level allied health degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide product education and logistical assistance to patients, caregivers, HCPs and site staff.
• Educate patients on therapy access, prior authorizations, and coverage.
• Coordinate with clinics and patients to initiate therapy and ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and Advocacy teams.
• Travel to patient homes, infusion sites, and clinics (approx. 50%).
