Job summary

Calvert Masonry Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead masonry, concrete, and restoration projects across Northern Virginia. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with the Project Manager and Foreman, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality on site.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years in commercial supervision, OSHA 30, and the ability to read complex drawings. Competitive salary in the $80k–$110k range, with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial masonry and concrete field experience; 3–5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural plans and project specs.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile commercial masonry, concrete, and restoration projects on multiple sites.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Foreman to align manpower, equipment and scheduling.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity on site; ensure proper interface with other trades.
