Job summary

Collabtech Group is seeking an experienced Commercial AV Installation Lead to oversee installations across the Nashville area and the Eastern USA. This hands-on role requires leading crews on LED video walls, projection systems, large displays, and low-voltage infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will read construction drawings, manage field activities, coordinate with project managers, and travel regularly to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial AV installation experience.
• Experience leading technicians on commercial job sites.
• Ability to read signal flow diagrams and construction drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with project managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial AV installation projects from start to finish.
• Direct and supervise installation crews on active job sites.
• Coordinate daily field activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Install and integrate AV systems including LED walls, projectors, displays and DSPs.
• Read and interpret plans, elevations, and signal flow diagrams.
