Equiliem seeks an experienced Commercial Lead AV Technician to oversee installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of professional AV systems in commercial New-Construction environments. Lead field teams, ensure quality, and coordinate with stakeholders for successful delivery of integrated AV solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of commercial AV installation experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience leading AV installation teams.
Experience with rack construction, wiring, and cable management.

Responsibilities

Lead field installation crews on commercial AV projects.
Install, configure, and commission AV systems and DSPs.
Program and troubleshoot control systems (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q-SYS, AMX).
Maintain cable management and label equipment racks.
