Job summary

Insight Public Sector seeks a Senior Field Architect Sr. to support Arizona State, Local Government, and Education customers.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding modernization of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives while aligning with customer goals. In this customer-facing role, you will work with Client Executives to position technology solutions and drive real outcomes for public sector agencies, districts, and higher

Qualifications

• Experience supporting State, Local Government and/or Education (SLED) customers.
• Strong presentation, consulting, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for SLED customers across Arizona.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities; lead customer workshops and solution discussions.
• Design infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and data center solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, services, and OEM partners to deliver customer outcomes.
• Support solution development, proposals, and technical strategy.
