Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Computer Science required.
• 10+ years of leadership in technical sales or Field AE organizations.
• Deep expertise in hardware emulation, emulation offload/acceleration, FPGA prototyping, DFT and UPF/1801.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and translate tech value into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field AEs and drive technical sales engagements across the HAV portfolio.
• Guide customer evaluations and communicate ROI, TTM, and productivity impact to executives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and R&D to influence roadmap and product enhancements.
• Develop and mentor Field AEs; manage hiring, onboarding, and performance.
