The role focuses on single cell RNA workflows and spatial genomics support, driving adoption and value. You will analyze customer challenges, translate insights to Marketing and R&D, and guide the team in best practices, training and cross-functional collaboration, with up to ~50% travel.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field required.
• Requires 10+ years of field applications experience.
• Requires 8+ years managing a field applications support team.
• Deep understanding of single cell applications, NGS, and genomic applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Applications Support across regions and set strategy, capacity, and SLAs.
• Translate customer insights into product and process improvements and communicate trends to R&D, Marketing and Leadership.
• Improve team efficiency and customer experience by monitoring KPIs and implementing proactive actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for new product launches and support.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and performance reviews for team members.
• Ensure audit-ready processes and maintain strong customer relationships.
