Job summary

Ceva is seeking an experienced Senior Field Application Engineer to join our team based in our Mountain View Office in the Americas region. You will support customers, track project/tech information, and evangelize the technical value of Ceva’s products during pre-sales engagements and post-sales integrations.

You will interact with Ceva’s global R&D, corporate application engineers, and US sales, frequently engaging with customers to drive evaluations and enable successful deployments across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering (BS/MS EE) or closely-related technical field.
• Collaborative individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to articulate technical concepts.
• Passionate about solving technical challenges with a business and customer-focused mindset.
• 6+ years of experience in wireless technologies (5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB) including system architectures, SoC design, or algorithm development; willing to travel in US and occasionally internationally.
• Legal work authorization/EAD for US employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ceva’s wireless connectivity products by highlighting their technical merits and driving technical evaluations.
• Understand customer requirements and identify the right technology to meet and exceed expectations.
• Drive customer evaluations in collaboration with Sales and R&D.
• Assist customers with integration of Ceva’s IP and provide technical training for optimal use.
• Help US Sales & Business Development penetrate new accounts and identify potential customers.
• Build and develop relationships with customers’ technical teams and management.
