Job summary

Moodro is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to serve as the primary technical and operational interface between Moodro and its customers. The role is highly hands-on, field-facing, and requires developing a deep understanding of how customers use Moodro technology.

Approximately 60% of the role is in the field with customers and partners, with the remaining time on internal testing, preparation, and translating field insights into product improvements. The candidate must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (required).
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, field applications engineering, systems integration, or defense/complex technical environments.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in technical/operational settings.
• Experience planning/executing customer demonstrations, field testing, and integration activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–80%).
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer demonstrations, field evaluations, and integration events.
• Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and improve Moodro systems in field environments.
• Translate customer needs and observations into actionable feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to test new capabilities before field deployment.
• Represent Moodro professionally in the field and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare post-event reports with outcomes, feedback, and recommended actions.
