Job summary

Moodro seeks a Senior Field Applications Engineer to serve as the primary technical link between customers, field operations, and product teams. The role is highly hands-on, with demonstrations, field evaluations, system integrations, and product testing in real environments.

Approximately 60% of time is spent in the field with customers and partners, with the remaining 40% on internal testing, preparation, and translating field insights into improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in field engineering, systems integration, or defense tech environments.
• Experience working with customers in technical/operational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer demonstrations, field evaluations, and integration events.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain demonstration systems in real environments.
• Translate field feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to test new capabilities before field deployment.
• Travel to customer sites 60–80% and support field readiness.
