Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corporation in Houston, TX oversees overhaul, inspection, repair and installation projects for a range of equipment including centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, seals and pumps.

The role requires extensive experience in rotating equipment, field service, and project documentation, with travel and occasional night shifts as needed to support client sites and Pearland Works facility.

Qualifications

Minimum high school and/or trade school graduate.
10+ yrs. experience in rotating equipment and machinery (centrifugal compressor and steam turbine experience preferred).
10+ yrs. experience in the refinery and petrochemical industry.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and translate technical drawings.
Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel etc.), Adobe,

Responsibilities

Oversee all technical aspects and provide support before, during and after overhaul, inspection, repair and installation.
Develop technical procedures, inspection plans and package documentation for assigned projects.
Travel as required and lead field service activities with teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and information security standards.
Prepare and deliver technical reports and client communications.
