Glenmede, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Fiduciary Advisor to provide expert trust administration and fiduciary decision support across complex matters. The role partners with Wealth Advisors and Relationship Managers and escalates to internal committees and counsel as needed.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in trust administration and fiduciary decision-making within a trust company, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of trust and fiduciary concepts, estate planning structures, governing documents, and fiduciary/tax considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex fiduciary matters, frame risk, elevate appropriately, and document decisions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fiduciary guidance and trust administration support for complex matters, including post-death administration and trust settlements.
• Interpret governing documents and law to identify duties, risks, decision points, and next steps.
• Lead fact gathering, analysis, documentation, and escalation for fiduciary decisions.
• Coordinate post-death trust administration activities and liaison with legal counsel and tax colleagues.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready documentation for fiduciary committees and internal counsel.
• Serve as a fiduciary resource, offering guidance to improve documentation and decision-making standards.
