Qualifications

• 10+ years in a law firm, financial services trust dept, or trust company.
• Deep knowledge of trust/estate administration, probate, private wealth.
• Understanding fiduciary income tax, gift tax, GST tax concepts.
• Delaware fiduciary law familiarity preferred.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering fiduciary administration support to client teams.
• Develop and implement best practices across Glenmede’s footprint.
• Coordinate with Wealth Advisory, Estate Settlement, Tax, and Legal teams.
• Clearly communicate trust terms and administration impacts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with estate planning counsel and accountants.
• Oversee outside counsel engagements and letters with Legal.
• Coordinate with Special Assets on related assets and valuations.
